Human avatars seem decently popular, even those with only minor animal flairs. Take Juno for instance because Alisaie is likely not to so much notice Juno's avatar as strange but how she's still reacting to it, even now that she's been given a disguise for this whole letter delivery business.
She's standing before a mirror, pressing fingertips against her cheeks on either side of her face looking equals parts baffled and equal parts intrigued. "It's just so strange."
Alisaie may not realize how much the other girl has changed - but she at least sympathizes. She'd gone from a short elf-like girl to a taller one that is remarkably human - and she hates it, if only because she swears her hearing is worse.
She's not at all comfortable in the dancer's outfit, and it shows a little. She looks to Juno and gives a little laugh.
"Not quite what you look like back where you're from?"She asks, a sympathetic tone in her voice. "Hopefully we can get out of this place faster by finishing this request."
"-- But not the part where we sneak in as dancers in a bordello."
Alisaie says it somewhat dryly - she's clearly as excited as Juno is to be doing this. She shrugs a little, then frowns, tugging up the shirt she's wearing a bit.
"According to this game, that's the only way to do so. I have some experience sneaking, and I've travelled with a dancer before, so hopefully between that we can make our way unseen through it."
Just travelling does not osmose the ability to dance. Do not trust Alisaie's lies.
A fluster rises right up in Juno's cheeks, now no longer even mildly obscured by fur. The soft aggravated sound that follows as well as the tense lashing about of her tail behind her gives Alisaie all the information she needs.
When she mentioned the bits about experience though, Juno's brows relax a bit. "I'll admit, I have a lot more experience with dancing than sneaking. Maybe if you can help me with one, I can help some with the other?"
It's said just a tad too quick, that speaks volumes about her confidence in her dancing skills regardless. She offers a reassuring smile, though.
"Is there anything you'd like to go over before we, ah, try to make our way inside? I know the most important part of sneaking in someplace is, ironically, looking like you are not."
Sneakin' in the bordello

Frankly though to an outsider, she doesn't really look all that strange.
bordellooooo

"No, not at all! It's so different like this. I was really shocked when I looked in a mirror for the first time!"
Ah yes, the request. Juno huffs out a breath, looking more than a little put out.
"I hope so. I don't mind the outfit but I didn't exactly volunteer for this -- er, well, for the letter I did but..."

"Should we have code names of some sort?"
That seems sensible. Maybe?
