Alisaie is one of the many that gets pulled into the Kingdom of Merkab. Her avatar is apparently married in game to Prompto's, which is sure to be a surprise for the both of them.
She looks human in game - she still has white hair, but it's in a long braid, and her eyes are red instead of purple. Once she gets familiar with screens and levels, she immediately marches over to the adventurers guild to find work. This girl is going to power level her way out of here.
So, feel free to help her sneak into a bordello, kill some goblins, or find her just beating up random wild animals for the EXP boost with a rapier she bought.
Once the banquet is announced, expect to find her there. Unlike at the LmaO tournament, she's not partaking of the food. She's got the best armor she can buy equipped, rapier at her side, frowning as she waits for something to happen.
And when it does, she's ashamed at the fact she's one of the Moonblessed who thinks, I want to go home. Truly home, back to the Source. Even as she then raises her voice to tell others "Don't fall for it!", Majestas bursts.

Alisaie bursts out next to the food table with a "Don't fall for it!", possibly startling people nearby or who were speaking to her, before Majestas appears. And his ethereal form and booming voice have her dropping her plate, summoning her rapier to her hand instantly. She's not about to get hit by a sin eater twice.
Once the crowds start surging away, though, she's there, making sure that people are getting out, grabbing people by the hands and hauling them away (or leading them, if blind). However, she's also going back every time, looking for her brother, Alphinaud. She can be heard calling his name above the din.
It's during one such trip back that she is seized with pain, doubling over and crying out as wings sprout from her body. They are bright red in color. She sprouts two sets from her back, as well as a pair from her wrists and from her ankles, and her eyes glaze over in pain before she becomes angry.
At this point, her rapier becomes a weapon, and she'll growl and slash at any other Moonblessed or Prismals that come near her. Feel free to get into a fight with her, but it will be Allen Walker who knocks her from her frenzy.

After the trauma of the ampitheatre, the last thing Alisaie expects is her Sanguis transformation. She'll gain white ram horns curling around her ears, and her hair will get unruly and curly like sheep wool (though feel like normal hair still). She also will have sharp teeth and nails, as well as a small tail that seems almost like a corgi's, also white.
She's generally irritable and snappish, and quicker to get into a fight with someone. Of course, it's very possible those fights turn into something more.
